2011年4月26日泄露于BetaArchive，已泄露的第二个private build。
新功能与特性
kernel32.dll中部分函数被分离至新增KernelBase.dll。- 无GUI启动模式开机画面被替换。
- 桌面水印中产品名称被修改为“Windows (R) Code Name "Windows 7"”。
- 经典开始菜单功能启用入口被移除。
- 加入早期版本的超级任务栏（SuperBar）。此时的任务块不能被固定，更不能打开跳转列表。
- 加入早期版本的库功能。
- 控制面板主页的左侧栏被缩小至条状，传统样式被更名为“All Control Panel Items”。
- 加入PowerShell 1.0。
